Napoli Pizzeria LV prepares food in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, fish, and shellfish. Cross-contamination is possible. Customers with food allergies must notify us before placing their order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have disclosed all relevant allergy information and that Napoli Pizzeria LV is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose such information.
Online Orders
All online orders are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us within 24 hours of your order.
Privacy Policy
We collect your name, email, phone number, and order details solely for the purpose of processing your order and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Payment information is processed securely through Authorize.net and is never stored on our servers.

Dynamic Pricing Policy
Effective July 2026
Napoli Pizzeria LV utilizes a dynamic pricing model for online orders. Menu prices displayed on our website may vary based on factors including, but not limited to:
- Time of day and day of the week
- Current demand and order volume
- Product availability and inventory levels
- Seasonal adjustments and promotional periods
Prices shown at the time of checkout are final. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the price will not change for that transaction. Prices may differ between our online ordering platform, in-store menu, and third-party delivery platforms (UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Slice).
We may offer promotional discounts during off-peak hours to provide better value to our customers. These promotions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Napoli Pizzeria LV reserves the right to modify menu prices at any time based on market conditions, ingredient costs, and operational factors.

Delivery Fee Policy
Effective August 2026
For delivery orders placed through our website, a delivery fee is applied to cover the cost of bringing your order directly to your door. Our delivery fee structure is as follows:
- Base delivery fee: $5.00 (covers the first 3 miles from our restaurant)
- Additional distance fee: $1.00 per mile beyond the initial 3 miles
- Maximum delivery radius: 10 miles from our location (3131 W Craig Rd Suite 100, North Las Vegas, NV 89032)
The delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on the distance between our restaurant and your delivery address. This fee goes directly toward covering delivery logistics and is not a tip for the driver. If you would like to tip your delivery driver, you may do so upon delivery.
For pickup orders, no delivery fee is charged. Simply select “Pickup” at checkout and your order will be ready for you at our location.
Convenience Fee (3%)
Effective August 2026
A convenience fee of 3% is applied to all online orders placed through our website. This fee covers the following:
- Secure payment processing and fraud protection
- Online ordering platform maintenance and development
- Real-time order tracking and notifications
- Customer support for online orders
This fee is not a tip and does not go to delivery drivers or restaurant staff. It is a standard processing fee that allows us to offer a seamless and secure online ordering experience while keeping our menu prices competitive.
The convenience fee is clearly displayed in your order summary at checkout before you complete your purchase. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this fee.
